OYO Rose Park Hotel Paddington

A good base to explore from, room was small but functional but good value for money. Private bathroom, television in room and tea making facilities. Was a very compact room but we wasn't there much so fine for us.

Facilities according to cheap price. Very basic rooms. Not a designer hotel so don't expect fancy decor. Top floor is very quiet but wifi signal is very weak and water pressure low. No heating in bathroom, quite cold in the morning. Top floor hasn't got elevator, only through a maze of staircases. If you can't climb stairs mention this at booking time. Breakfast was not free, £5pp.

Small rooms but works. Bathroom had a weird smell but that was just our room. I'd still recommend it for a short stay ! They made the beds everyday and even folded my pajamas which I thought was cute

It was a small room, small bathroom, clean, nice but small. But for us was good, we just used it for sleeping. Close to many places, restaurants, pubs and the underground Paddington station. They give you Nestle coffee, sugar and milk. No extras that you normally get on the girls here in the States. No ice machine. No iron on the room, you need to go to the basement to use it, there's one for all the guests.

Very quiet, located in a closed street. Small rooms but well conditioned and clean. Very comfortable bed. Close to the Paddington subway terminal that connects you directly to the Airport and downtown. Also surrounded by good restaurants and bars. Very friendly and polite staff always on the lookout for you to have a comfortable and good stay. I recommend it 100%, and if it came back for sure I'll get here again. Small hotel with small rooms. But I knew where I was going. For the price it was perfect. The room was clean, also the bathroom. I had everything I needed, specially air conditioner. They clean the rooms daily. That was a plus. The location of the hotel is fantastic, very close to three subway (underground) lines and near a train station as well. There are several restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a no-frills hotel that won't blow you away, but for the price and location, it's unbeatable. Rooms are small, but clean, with private bathrooms, a TV with plenty of channels for passing the time, and a heater/AC that you control. It's got a 24-hour reception desk, so you leave your key every time you go out of the hotel which I didn't like at first, but grew to be glad of not having to worry about keeping track of my key or losing it. Breakfast was only ok, and served off-site which was a bit annoying; I wouldn't spring for it again. Location-wise, it's great for getting to and from Heathrow via Paddington, and you have easy access to the Bakerloo, Circle, District, and Central lines, as well as many buses that'll get you anywhere in the city. Biggest detractors were breakfast value and poor water pressure in the shower, but these shouldn't dissuade potential guests looking for a bed, and bathroom, and a place to hang your hat while exploring London.

Good location, rooms on the small size but shower was a major let down. Stayed in one of the rooms on the lower ground floor, the room itself was small but still managed to fit in a double bed however was lacking room to open the bathroom door fully. The bed was very comfortable and the surrounding area was quite so had no issues falling to sleep. The bathroom again was small but usable, the showers water pressure was none existent. Would happily stay here for short trips to London in the future, but will make sure to pack shower gel and shampoo.
